There will be a new area near Olivine city in Pokémon Crystal. It will be called the Battle Tower. In it you will be able to battle trainers and select the levels they are at. If you beat several trainers in a row you will win prizes like protein. Here is a picture. It is the inside.

The trainers you will fight all have 3 pokémon at the level the floor is. There are 10 floors: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100. You must have three pokémon at the same level the floor is at to battle.
